An agency gets candidates from six sources, and without a shared database the same person lands on the lists twice while the manager cannot see how many workers a project is still short of. We wanted a candidate’s whole history in one record and each client’s staffing gap counted automatically.

• Each recruiter has a personal link to an application form in four languages, and a candidate who fills it in goes to that recruiter together with their data-processing consent.
• A list and a kanban board sort candidates into eight statuses, including “hired”, “exited” and “blacklisted”.
• Before a record is saved, the system checks for duplicates by email, phone and name.
• Each project shows how many people are needed and found.
• The dashboard shows which sources bring in workers who stay longer in the job, and compares recruiters’ results.
• Every entry in the exits register must have a reason and a date, and the register exports to Excel.
