Privacy Policy

Website: u2use.com

Last updated: 13.08.2026

We respect your privacy. This site belongs to a private individual. Analytics and marketing tools load only after your consent — until then, only technically necessary mechanisms run.

1. Data Controller

The controller (site owner) is a private individual:

Vitalii Opara
Address: Adama Kopycińskiego 17
Phone: +48 732 847 533
E-mail: contact@u2use.com

2. What data do we collect?

We collect only data that is technically necessary for the site to work, data you provide voluntarily, and data you have consented to:

  • Technical logs (server logs): Your IP address, browser type, access time. This is standard for any website on the internet and is required to protect against cyberattacks and keep the site stable.
  • Contact details: If you email or call us, we receive your contact details (name, e-mail, phone number) solely in order to reply to you.
  • Site usage data: Only with your consent — pages viewed, interface language, device type and referral source. Without consent this data is not collected.

3. Settlements and invoicing (Useme)

If you decide to order our services, all official settlements and VAT invoices are handled legally through the platform Useme.com (Useme Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Wrocław).

In that case the data required for invoicing (e.g. company name, tax ID, address, e-mail) is passed to Useme. Upon conclusion of the agreement, Useme becomes an independent controller of that data for the purpose of meeting tax and accounting obligations.

4. Analytics and marketing tools

These tools load only after your consent. Until then not even the Google Tag Manager container itself is downloaded, so their code does not execute and no request is sent to Google or Meta. The same applies once you withdraw consent:

  • Google Tag Manager: a tag management system. It collects no personal data and sets no cookies of its own — it only launches the tools below according to your choice.
  • Google Analytics 4: visit statistics — page views, traffic sources, aggregated on-site behaviour. Property ID: G-2PML6YQQZT.
  • Meta Pixel: measuring Facebook and Instagram advertising performance, and remarketing. Loaded directly by the site code and only after consent to marketing cookies.

Legal basis — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Cookies

On your first visit you choose which categories to allow. Until you choose, no analytics or marketing file is stored:

  • Necessary: required for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice itself. Your choice is stored in the browser localStorage for 365 days. No consent is required.
  • Analytics: _ga and _ga_2PML6YQQZT (Google Analytics 4) — up to 13 months. Google asks for 2 years, but Chrome caps any cookie at 400 days and Safari shortens script-set cookies to 7 days, so the real lifetime on your device depends on the browser.
  • Marketing: _fbp and _fbc (Meta Pixel) — up to 3 months. The fr cookie is set by the facebook.com domain, so we cannot delete it from our side — it expires on its own. Besides cookies, the Meta Pixel writes the keys lastExternalReferrer and lastExternalReferrerTime into your browser's local storage — the address of the site you came from and the time you arrived. They stay until removed and are erased together with the marketing cookies when you withdraw consent. The Google tag additionally writes a _gcl_ls key into local storage holding an ad-click identifier; it stays until removed and is erased on withdrawal too.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the 🍪 button in the bottom-left corner of the site. After withdrawal the page reloads and the relevant cookies are deleted.

6. Data recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Where you have given consent, data is received by:

  • Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited: Meta Pixel.
  • Hosting provider: technical server logs.

Google and Meta may transfer data to the USA. The basis is standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details in their policies at policies.google.com/privacy and facebook.com/privacy/policy.

7. Hosting and data storage

The site is physically hosted on a hosting provider’s servers. The provider may access server logs (IP addresses) solely for technical maintenance of the equipment and legal compliance.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing and port it, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to: contact@u2use.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
