Opus HR (OPUS A.P.T.) from Międzyrzecz has worked in the Polish market as a temporary employment agency for more than five years and places over 1,000 people a year. The agency is listed in the KRAZ register under number 21870 and provides housing for most of its jobs.

01Goal

Many jobs don’t require Polish, and before arriving a candidate wants to see the work, the housing and a person to call, while an employer looks for someone to find staff fast. We built a site where each of them gets an answer in their own language and an application form.

02Achievements

The job catalogue has search by title, town and description, shows featured offers first and gives every job its own page with the full description and an application form.
The site has four language versions, and jobs and news are kept in all four languages too.
Workers and employers have separate pages: a worker sees jobs and housing, an employer sends a staffing request.
A gallery of flats shows the housing the agency provides with the job.
Recruiters and coordinators are listed with phone numbers.
