St-Dom builds timber-frame houses using Canadian and Scandinavian building methods anywhere in Poland and usually takes a house to a weathertight shell in two months. A turnkey house costs from PLN 4,250 gross per m², or about PLN 425,000 for 100 m².

The price of a timber-frame house depends on its floor area and the scope of work, and a buyer usually learns the cost of a specific design only after a phone call. We wanted buyers to pick a design themselves, see its turnkey price and send an enquiry about that exact house.
02Achievements
- The design catalogue filters by floor area, storeys, garage and number of bedrooms.
- Each design’s turnkey price is already calculated from its floor area at PLN 4,250 per m².
- A design page has a gallery slider and a spec table: floor area, dimensions, storeys, bedrooms, bathrooms, garage and roof.
- Enquiries from a design page arrive with its number.
- The price is split into three stages (PLN 1,275, 1,700 and 1,275 per m²), and each can be ordered separately if the budget covers only part of the work for now.
