MIG REALT

When people look for a home in another city, they first want to see options with price and floor area and only then talk to an agent. That is why the site takes a visitor from search straight to an enquiry about a specific property.

• The search on the first screen picks properties by deal type, buy or rent, and by one of five cities, Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv or Dnipro.
• The catalogue is split into flats, houses, commercial property, land and businesses for sale, and filters set the maximum price and number of rooms.
• A property page shows a photo gallery along with the floor area, the floor, the number of rooms and the price.
• Enquiries reach the agent with the listing number attached.
• Cleaning, car rental, renovation and transfers have their own pages, and after the deal the client can order them from the same company.
