Bench Curve Viewer

Every injector run produces its own file with a delivery curve at different pressures, and checking a part meant hunting for the file in folders by hand and rebuilding the chart in a spreadsheet each time. The task we set was to find a run and compare it with a reference without any spreadsheet at all.

• The indexer reads only new files from the bench folders.
• A run can be found by serial number or file name, with filters by bench, status, model and test date.
• Up to six runs overlay on one chart, each in its own colour, with every pressure marked by its own line style.
• Operators can hide pressure lines, zoom into a pulse-width range, drag the chart with the mouse and read exact values under the cursor.
• Each run has a table of source values, and the curve can be checked against the numbers without opening the bench file.
